Departure

So I had my monthly interview with the mission president as all the young missionaries do every month but this time President Simmons had asked me how long I had been here and I said: "Since June of last year". Anyways to keep a long story short he said he was dropping me to 18 months since that's how long sister missionaries in the field serve anyway and so my release date will be November 24th just in time for thanksgiving. All I can say is that I've enjoyed serving the lord and finding out a lot more or better yet being able to find a lot more, It's been awesome. Plus doing family history period!!! I have so much that I still want to find before I leave and I do have six more months and I will get to work even more. I love the church and grateful for our Savior Jesus Christ and what he did for us. Little thought: I know you all are busy but family history is important and as Kyle says: "It's to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of men". So let's do our best to do our own family history so we can do that. I love you all. Thank you for being the best people I know!!!

Taking a little break

Here I am trying to do bunny ears on Sister Evans although as I'm looking at it it looks like a indian feather since I don't have any fingers. haha oh well. It was hilarious though.

Here we all are taking a little break having donuts and laughing, It's what we do most of the time in the zone, but we do work too.

Downtown Conference-before sister compton left

Here we are at the downtown conference that we have every other Sunday with our leaders

Genelogical Family History Conference

Here we are at the Genelogical Family History Conference in the Conference center and they sang one of my favorite songs "Battle Hymn of the Republic". Sister Compton and I were just doing the leading with our hand, I was loving it.
