We love you Grandma

Grandma I can't say enough at how much you will be missed. You have always been there to listen, laugh, and make all of us grandchildren and great-grandchildren feel like we were all your favorite, no one was left out of feeling loved. I will miss the times when I would come up to visit and we would watch wheel of fortune together and I always loved it. I will miss you doing your little dance in the family room or with grandpa with him singing to you while dancing in the family room. You are the greatest lady I have known and I just hope I could make you proud of me while doing your line and that you will help me because heaven forbid I have a dilema with it right now ha ha. I loved watching you with grandpa rubbing his back or his head with him laying his head on your lap, It was so cute. What has been really a great example to me was how much much you and grandpa loved each other and were together for 66 years. All of us will miss you so very much but get those Bufton's in line while your up there and tell them I need their help ha ha. You could make the best tuna fish sandwiches there was and juicy mac, I remember you always being in the kitchen helping and I will miss all these times. Kyle and Katie sure will miss you too. Love you grandma,
Karli, Kyle, Katie

Until we meet again. We will remember you always.

Katester makes A-Team in Volleyball

Congratulations Katester!!! Hope you do well in Volleyball this year and kick everyone's rear-end at it. We all love you!!!

Family History Surprise again

Well I had gone to the library as usual and what I found was great-great-great-great grandmother Bufton's burial she died on 16 September 1829 which means that the last child Eliza Bufton is not hers but is the daughter of great-great-great-great grandfather Bufton and another woman Elizabeth Price and so she's a half sister to great-great-great grandfather Bufton and all the rest of the siblings in the family and also I figured out that there was another child that hadn't been sealed to 4th great grandmother and father who died when she was only two years old, her name is Mary which there's another Mary in the siblings that lived and I found her family. I still need to research on great-great-great-great grandmother Bufton's birth but my assistant zone leader had looked on Google to see how far 4th great grandfather and mother would be from each other in where they both are buried and we figured it was 10 to 11 miles apart which makes it certain it is her. No wonder why they haven't been helping me they wanted a child that hasn't been sealed, sealed to them and figure out the rest of the stuff in there too. I love them and am grateful for them.

Ky and Tyson

Here Ky is with his cousin Tyson who will be returning home in a few weeks wow!!! Same as Tanner, Tyson's brother who's been serving in Rome Italy, crazy how fast time flies by.

Kyle being his weird self as usual. Does this look familiar though? Katester and I are doing the same thing in our big picture only this time it's one of the other elders and his cousin Tyson holding him up, ha ha.

Katie's first day of School

Man I can't believe how fast Katester is growing up. This is her last year in middle school then it's off to high school yikes!!!

Sisters in the gospel

We decided we'd go on top of the conference center, what a pretty view. There's pictures of Ky too just go to older posts

A sunflower how pretty and what's weird though is that the middle isn't brown or hasn't sprouted yet.

A beautiful sunset, I was on top of the conference center

FSI Data missionaries

Elder Waddoups (my zone leader) took this picture and teased Sister Outsen that she had something growing out of her head ha ha

I tried them on also

Sister Bartlome being weird (a senior sister in my zone)

Ky-guy on P-day with other missionaries.

What a great view!!! Ky just got asked to train some new missionaries that are coming in and is a little nervous about it, bless him in your prayers.

Long lost missionary letter from India

So on August 24th I went to the church history library and wanted to copy something down that one of the young elders had read about in morning devotional and finding out that we are related because his I think 4th or 5th grandparents are James Chauncey Snow and Eliza Ann Carter which are 3rd great aunt and uncle to me and well of course to most all of you too. Anyways I looked it up which I thought while I was at it I would look up our great-great-great grandfather William Furlsbury Cater and what I found was a letter he had written to his brother Dominicus Carter while he was on his mission in India, it's about 5 pages long, but anyways I sent grandpa anderson and my dad a copy of it and come to find out grandpa anderson didn't know anything about it and so it was really neat for me to find something that Grandpa didn't have. I am so grateful that I was able to find this letter so as to have it for future generations and I know I was blessed in finding it and I figure that great-great-great grandfather Carter was preparing me to find it also. I love my ancestors and love them cause there helping me so there work can be done. The church is true!!!

My first and last pie eating contest

Man I was feeling so sick by the end as you can see, I felt like I was going to puke but I can say to everyone now I've done a pie eating contest.

So my department that I'm in had a picnic for the staff and missionaries and fortunely I signed up for doing a pie eating contest which will probably be my last.
